About our featured author

Ash Parker was put on this earth to do two things: write stories and be a menace. Fortunately for all of you, they are not out of stories yet. They have two books out so far – starting with Winter’s Chosen, the tale of Ifry, a put-upon clerk who attempts to help his employer build a ski resort in a town infested with carnivorous beasts. He gains the help of Jos, a local hunter, unaware that Jos has been chosen for a deadly task by the god of summer.
They have also written Tanry Teneri’s Manual for Young Ladies, the first in a fantasy of manners series. Tanry Teneri is the daughter of a duke, and when she learns that she needs to marry in order to inherit her beloved estate, she heads to court, ready to find herself a husband. She has an arcane machine that can answer any question, and she’s prepared to use it to lie, cheat, and blackmail her way into the perfect match.
